Roll-Up Metal Mesh Security Doors

Applications
• Becomes a unique "sentry" at the warehouse opening
• Prevents trespassing from unwanted visitors
• Helps to reduce theft and pilfering

• Allows fresh air and exterior light to penetrate the opening

Features

Manufactured using either aluminum wire mesh (standard) or stainless steel wire mesh (optional)
• Either ½ inch or ¼ inch coils are available

Driven by in-tube motor or external jackshaft motor
• Motor selection decided by cycles per hour, weight of unit, and overall size

Operates with it's own extruded aluminum guidetrack
• Guidetrack throat depth is 4 inches (standard) and can be 6 inches (optional)
• Safety stripes visible at front edges of the track

Seals at the sides, along the top and at the floor
• Each side has an aluminum panel from the guidetrack to the wall
• Brush seal across the top of the door opening
• Floor seal uses a solid bar with a cushioned gasket ring at the bottom

Achieves strength and rigidity across the opening by using fiberglass rods as a standard horizontal stiffener/wind load bar

Lock down techniques are included with floor slide lock mechanisms along with kill switches for motorized operations

• 15 gauge Aluminum, ½" coil, @ .4 lb per sq. ft.
• 18 gauge Aluminum, ¼" coil, @ .3 lb per sq. ft.
• 16 gauge Stainless Steel, ½" coil, @ .76 lb per sq. ft.
• 19 gauge Stainless Steel, ¼" coil, @ .6 lb per sq. ft.
