TMI's Save-T® Mega-Pro™ Flexible PVC Swinging Doors are an excellent solution for environment separation in warehouse areas. Mega-Pro™ Impact Doors are designed for light industrial applications, including light forklift, push cart, pallet jack, and personnel traffic. Mega-Pro™ Swinging Doors are made of clear, flexible PVC with optional welded-on black impact plates. These doors are an alternative to traditional strip doors, allowing the user to have visibility and temperature separation without having to walk through hanging strips.
Mega-Pro™ PVC Impact doors fit warehouse openings up to 10' wide x 10' high. This revolutionary door has a spring return and swings on an even plane. Each swinging door includes a heavy-duty compression spring. Unlike other doors that use a gravity style hinge, Mega-Pro™ PVC doors swing open and closed on an even plane.
Mega-Pro™ hardware is constructed of heavy-duty galvanized steel swinging arms and mounting brackets. This exclusive design allows the hardware to be located at the top of the unit, away from normal traffic patterns. This unique bracket design can accommodate any doorway application. Mega-Pro™ PVC doors can be mounted in the doorjamb or on the face of the wall.
Panel Options include Standard Clear or USDA Low Temperature PVC in your choice of 0.160", 0.240" or 0.275" thick. Black Impact Plates at 0.160" thick are optional.
All Mega-Pro™ Swinging Doors include breakaway hinges, and are shipped on custom shipping skids to ensure protection through the shipping process.
