RF Heat Sealing

Radio frequency (RF) plastic welding or heat sealing, is a process in which PVC sheets are permanently bonded together. This process allows us to manufacture larger sheets and curtains with durable hems. Films, supported vinyls, as well as strip and sheet up to .160" thick can be heat sealed. Seems can vary in width from .50" to 2". TMI has 3 heat sealing machines that vary from 7.5 to 20 kw capacity with single bars standard up to 96" wide.

Special heat sealing dies can be designed and produced to meet your specific requirements.
